Account deletion

Request deletion of your Folicle account and app data.

Use this public page if you want your Folicle account deleted, including if you already uninstalled the iOS or Android app. We will verify account ownership before deleting account data so nobody can delete someone else's account with only an email address.

What we delete

  • Folicle account profile and authentication record, after ownership is verified.
  • Hair tracking sessions, treatment logs, Hair Score history, notes, and routine settings.
  • Uploaded scalp and hair photos stored for the account.
  • App-generated analysis tied to the deleted account.
Limited retention

What may be retained

  • Minimal request records needed to prove deletion was requested and completed.
  • Bug reports, security, abuse-prevention, billing, or legal records where retention is required.
  • Supabase backups until they expire under Supabase backup retention.
  • RevenueCat, Apple, and Google transaction records under their own payment retention rules.
  • Aggregated analytics that no longer identify your account.
Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

If we cannot match the email to an account, we may ask for more information. If you submit the form from an email that is not connected to the Folicle account, deletion may be delayed until ownership is verified.
